Return, Refund, and Concellation Policy

We here at Odyssey Woodworks do not offer refunds or returns. We ship our products with care to ensure you order arrives in mint condition. Unfortunately, handling during shipment is out of our control, and on the rare occasion that a product is damaged we will offer a replacement. You will need to email us pictures of the damaged product to support your clam. You can cancel you order at any time, but we charge a 30% nonrefundable fee for each order. The remaining balance will be credited back to the customer. These conditions are subject to change without notice.
